5. Cooling and beating
Once ready, it should be cooled quickly and bottled immediately. It
can be cooled in the same pan by adding cold water (if double
layered).

- Sealed plastic cans
- Glass containers
- Tin plated containers
- Cardboard containers
- Polyethylene containers
